What is ThinkPrior?

ThinkPrior turns the documents a team already keeps into a current-state process map.

Operations, transformation, and compliance leaders use that map before they improve the work, prepare a review, or design automation. SOPs, interview transcripts, policies, decks, and recordings go in. A map about 70 percent complete comes out, with each step tied to a source passage, marked as an inference, or left as a gap.

An analyst finishes the gaps with the people who do the work. Engagements run in an isolated cloud environment, or on an appliance that keeps the documents on your machine.

Who builds ThinkPrior?

ThinkPrior is a startup incubation of DCube Data Sciences Corp.

DCube works with enterprises on cybersecurity, information governance, eDiscovery, and managed document review, pairing automation with human expertise across healthcare, finance, law, and insurance. That work is about evidence: what a document says, what it leaves out, and who has to check it. ThinkPrior applies the same discipline to process discovery.

The map is grounded in the files you already have, and your analysts finish it.
