Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 2, 2026. These terms describe how enterprise customers and invited users may use ThinkPrior. Counsel review of the final commercial agreement may still be required.

1. The service

ThinkPrior helps invited users turn existing documents into visual current-state process maps, with Gaps left visible for Analyst-in-the-Loop review. ThinkPrior does not provide unsupervised complete process discovery, process mining from system event logs, or legal, compliance, or audit advice.

Deployments include isolated cloud engagements and, where licensed, an on-premise appliance that keeps engagement documents on machines you control.

2. Accounts and access

Access is invite-only. You are responsible for credentials issued to your organization, for restricting access to authorized personnel, and for activity under those accounts. Do not share login credentials or attempt to access another customer’s engagement.

3. Acceptable use

You may upload only materials you have rights to process. You must not use ThinkPrior to violate law, infringe others’ rights, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or upload malware or content intended to harm systems or people.

4. Customer content and residency

You retain ownership of documents and other content you provide (“Customer Content”). You grant ThinkPrior a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to operate the engagement for you.

On cloud engagements, Customer Content is processed in isolated environments. On the on-premise appliance, engagement documents remain on volumes you operate; ThinkPrior does not receive those files for that engagement. Model calls go only to endpoints you configure when using bring-your-own-key (BYOK) setups.

5. Intellectual property

ThinkPrior, its software, models orchestration, documentation, and brand remain owned by ThinkPrior / DCube Data Sciences Corp and its licensors. Maps and exports generated from your Customer Content are available for your internal business use under your subscription, subject to these terms and any order form.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Process maps are jumpstarts; completeness depends on what you upload and on human review. ThinkPrior does not warrant that maps are exhaustive, error-free, or sufficient for regulatory filings without your own review.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability under these terms is limited as set out in your order form or, if none, to fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
