Turn SOPs into a process map
Upload the pile as it is. SOPs, transcripts, PDFs, Word, Excel, slides, images, and audio go into one engagement, and the map follows the language of the files.

01 · One engagement for the whole pile
What files become a process map?
An SOP becomes a process map when it is uploaded with the rest of the pile and the analyst confirms that process is in scope.
The same engagement accepts PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, audio and transcripts, HTML, CSV, and JSON. A typical pile mixes policies, org charts, notes, and manuals with the SOP. ThinkPrior reads that mix and drafts the current-state map, with gaps where the files never explain a step.
Irrelevant files are triaged out. You do not redraw the SOP into a swimlane by hand before the first map exists.

~70%
A draft map, with gaps where the files go quiet.
02 · The map follows the language of the files
Which languages can the documents use?
Working languages for uploaded documents are English, Spanish, German, French, and Japanese.
Maps and exports ship in the engagement language. The analyst interface stays English. The marketing site stays English.
Language support is a property of the engagement, not a set of translated marketing pages. Completeness still follows what you upload. A transcript in one of those languages is evidence.
A step the transcript never covers remains a gap on the map for the analyst to finish.

03 · Export into the tools you already present in
What can you export?
Exports are Visio, Word, PDF, Miro, HTML, and Markdown.
The point of the export is to workshop, present, or archive the map without redrawing it. Source links and visible gaps travel with the analysis so a reviewer can see what the documents supported. ThinkPrior does not replace the tools you already present in.
It produces the current-state artifact those tools were being asked to hold after weeks of manual mapping.
