Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026. This policy explains how ThinkPrior processes information when you use our marketing site, request a trial, or run an engagement. Final counsel review of customer agreements may still be required.
1. Who we are
ThinkPrior is a product incubated by DCube Data Sciences Corp. For product privacy questions, contact admin@thinkprior.com. Postal addresses are listed on our About page.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use ThinkPrior, we may process: account and invite details (name, work email); trial or support request fields you submit; engagement metadata; and Customer Content you upload into an engagement (documents, transcripts, exports, and related annotations). Marketing site usage may include ordinary web logs (IP, user agent, pages viewed) needed to operate and secure the site.
3. Cloud engagements
Cloud engagements run in isolated environments. We encrypt Customer Content in transit and at rest using platform controls. We do not share Customer Content across customer accounts. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models. You may request deletion of engagement data subject to your agreement and technical retention needed for security or legal obligations.
4. On-premise appliance
When you run the on-premise appliance, engagement documents stay on volumes you operate. ThinkPrior does not receive those files for that engagement. The appliance does not call ThinkPrior or Google Cloud for those documents. Model and speech calls go only to endpoints you configure.
5. Bring your own keys (BYOK)
Enterprise and on-premise deployments can point model traffic at customer-controlled OpenAI-compatible or other configured endpoints. Keys and routing stay under your operational control as documented in product setup. We design routing so keys, prompts, and documents are not written into ordinary application logs.
6. Cookies and analytics
The marketing site and application may use cookies or local storage needed for authentication, theme preference, and basic session continuity. When a container id is configured, the marketing site loads Google Tag Manager so Google Analytics can measure visits and so JavaScript errors can be recorded. Those tags may set cookies. Error reports include a short message and a file name, not form fields or document text. We do not sell personal information.
7. Subprocessors
Cloud deployments rely on infrastructure providers (for example, Google Cloud for hosting and related platform services) and other vendors needed to email, authenticate, or operate the service. We require processors to handle data only under documented instructions and appropriate safeguards. A current list can be provided to enterprise customers on request.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send requests to admin@thinkprior.com. We may need to verify your identity and may decline requests that conflict with legal obligations or the rights of others.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes for customers under contract will be communicated as required by that agreement.
